Is this internship paid?

This is an unpaid internship designed as a formation and discipleship experience. However, all interns receive a completion honorarium and have access to personal mentorship and spiritual development throughout the program.

How long is the internship?

The internship lasts approximately 40 weeks, requiring about 10 hours per week. The schedule is flexible and can be adapted to fit your current commitments while maintaining accountability and consistency.

Who can apply?

We welcome applicants who:

• Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

• Are passionate about creativity, community, and kingdom work.

• Are willing to learn, be mentored, and grow in both skill and character.
  Both Central Florida–based and virtual applicants are encouraged to apply.

• Social media content creation and scheduling (Instagram, YouTube, Canva).

• Online community engagement and development.

• Formatting and organizing IntentionEL books, devotionals, and teaching materials.
  You’ll also participate in team meetings and creative brainstorms that shape upcoming projects.

What will I be doing as an intern?

What skills do I need before starting?

A basic familiarity with Canva, Instagram, and YouTube is preferred.
More importantly, we’re looking for someone who is teachable, responsible, and takes initiative. We’ll provide guidance, feedback, and training as you grow.
